Working Together

Communication is the key to success. At Bibury staff will work with parents to ensure the best outcomes for your child. During the day we will take photos of your child playing and learning which will be uploaded to their online journal. You will get messages in real time. Feedback from our parents is that they love seeing that their children are having fun through the day while they are at work. This provides reassurance and gives a window into their nursery day. Babies will also receive a daily care diary detailing, sleeping, eating, nappies etc. Staff are always available and ready to discuss your child’s day at pick up. In addition your child will have a key worker who will meet with you termly to discuss your child’s progress in more depth and focus on individual next steps and celebrate progress. There is a termly newsletter which outlines curriculum plans as well as giving other useful news.
